About Council President James Noble


James Noble is seeking re-election to a four year term as Alderman-at- Large, James Noble has had the privilege of serving Kingston since 1996 when he was elected Ward 6 Alderman. In 2001, James Noble was elevated to Alderman-at-Large after the death of late Mayor T.R. Gallo and then elected to a full four year term in November 2003. Since taking office Alderman-at-Large Noble has worked together with fellow Aldermen in a bipartisan manner to accomplish many things that benefit all Kingstonians. Alderman-at-Large Noble has been endorsed by the Ulster County Democratic committee.
